Transferring Water Quality Trading to European Markets

Mark Kieser, Senior Scientist at K&A, presented a paper entitled, "Great Miami River Water Quality Trading EPI" on January 26, 2012 in Berlin, Germany. This was the first EPI-Water Conference on Understanding the Application of Economic Policy Instruments (EPIs) in Water Management in the European Union. K&A is part of a broad consortium of economic and policy organizations that are evaluating European and non-European economic policy instruments for sustainable water management in Europe.
